Developing Estates: Estate Plan Approval service/Draft for Approval service and Estate Boundary service (EPA/DFA/EBA)

This form is intended to be used by a developer or conveyancer acting for a developer client involved in a development of 6 plots or over.

Tips for consideration when lodging the plan:

• Has the edging of any plot been obscured by another reference?
• Do separate parcels, e.g. parking spaces, have their own unique reference?
• If floor levels are involved have floor level plans been supplied?
