Application update

Hello we received this update from our solicitors a week ago: I am now in receipt of the response from the Land Registry, however although they have stated that they have completed the application, they haven’t changed the plan.
 
I am going back to them today to ask again for the plan to be rectified.

we have been unable to get an update from them regarding this and it is the only issue that has been holding up our house sale (and purchase) for a few weeks. Is this something you can update us on please ?

Hopefully the conveyancer involved has explained that there is a pending application against the original developer/seller's title that may pose an issue re completing what's now been requested

No, the conveyancer has not explained the situation regarding the pending application on the original developer/seller’s title and the potential impact on progressing our request. Unfortunately we have struggled to get any information from our conveyancer throughout the house sale processes, hence our search for answers elsewhere. 

I appreciate you checking in with the casework team, and I’ll await further information when available.
