Expedite Restriction

Hi My father had a restriction on my property to protect my money from my ex. He has requested to remove the restriction and we have expedited it. Unfortunately it is now getting dangerously close to us losing the purchase of our new home, how do I find out that it is even being processed, as my conveyancer is being very vague and I’m so scared the chain is going to collapse?!
any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Sarah - it was received on the 10th; expedited and processed and wider checks started on the 24th. Those wider checks include contacting your Father at the address on the register so he needs to respond to that notification if it is to be completed before the 15th Dec
