Hi There, we are awaiting a response to our solicitors request for title change, my parents bought a piece of land the the rear of their garden 50 years agin and it seems it wasn’t resorted at the time of sale, this has been requested but is really urgent as is holding up the sale of the property which is on a chain currently mid sale, any ideas how long this could take, don’t want to lose the buyers and completed chain?
