When can I get document copy

I purchased a terrace house and completed transaction on May of 2022. I have not received any document copies. I asked solicitor said my application still in progress from Land Registy. I would like to know what problem of my application.

Chi Chung Kwok - There is no application currently pending with us associated with the property address you have quoted.  (Title No: MS284821)

An application was submitted on 1 March 2023 but was cancelled on 18 July because of discrepancies in the application not being resolved by the conveyancers within the stipulated time.  No application has been resubmitted since then. 

I suggest you contact your solicitors to find out what's happening. 

Have Solicitors  known this problem actually? Because l asked many time they have told me this.

Chi Chung Kwok - They should be aware of it because we wrote to them on 17 May 2023, followed by a reminder on 31 May 2023, and then cancellation letter on 18 July 2023. 
As the application was submitted through our Portal, the solicitors would also be able to see the up to date position using the View Application service in there.

l received my solicitor replied. Can l verify it true or not?
we had made an application to the Land Registry but this application was cancelled by them on 15^th December. 
The Land Registry have requested an explanation as to why the sellers names on the Transfer do not match the title; Today we are providing the Land Registry with a copy of the Power of Attorney which was given to us by the seller’s solicitors, which should satisfy their query.

Chi Chung Kwok - The only recent application that I can see against the freehold title, MS284821 was lodged on 1 March 2023 and cancelled on 18 July 2023.  There was an application submitted against the leasehold title, MS562047, on 20 October 2023 which was cancelled on 15 December 2023.

There is no application against either of the titles as at the time of posting this response.

Chi - received 5th January and you should expect to wait around 4-5 months before it is processed

Dear Chi Chung - whilst it's been processed we couldn't complete it and need more from the conveyancer. :Looks like they replied yesterday so if it's all now in order hopefully it will be completed in the coming few days
