Hello Nishtha - received 13th Oct. Expedited on 24th Oct and partially processed on 27th. We needed more from the conveyancer which they provided on the same day. The case is now waiting for wider checks to complete re the existing registered owners and whether they consent/object to the claim/application. Those checks don't expire until shortly after the 29th January 2026 unless they respond sooner and positively.<br> Please speak to the conveyancers involved to confirm as appropriate<br> GR493710 - provisional new title number

Hi NIshtha - that's something to discuss with your own conveyancer and the sellers/their conveyancer. We can't advise you either way but experience of dealing with people on this forum would suggest that some do 'chase' such matters with the recipients but whether that helps or hinders I do not know<br> GR493710&#160;

Hi Nishtha - no update as yet as the date has only just passed this morning. It's a manual process so the casework team will need to check all contact channels to confirm no objections/replies received before the case completes.<br> I would suggest making a note to post again late Monday/Tuesday to see if matters have been completed<br> GR493710
