Completed applications sitting in application enquiry

Hi Adam,
I have been contacted about an application of ours holding up up-to-date office copies. Our application was completed but having checked application enquiry, I can see it still sat there but with a note that it was completed in February.
This isn't the first time I have noticed this. Is it a known system error that some applications aren't being cleared once complete? Should this affect orders for office copies ie. people being advised that there are outstanding applications against the title?

Hi Jess - this tends to happen when there is a CRX (Amendment) application in the mix or a prior application that's linked and can't be actually completed (marked off) for some reason
It's unlikely to be a system error but a process necessity

Thanks Adam. The application enquiry in question is not showing any other applications linked - do you mean there could be applications in the background that might not show?
If you wanted to take a look the title number is LT270443.

Jess - that one looks like what we refer to as 'human error' so when the caseworker completed the new title they stopped short for some reason and didn't mark off/complete it against the seller's title. I'll contact the casework team and if that's what happened they can resolve it hopefully.

Jess - title LT270443 has been sorted now and apologies fo the delay. The issue was re the old title (seller's title) plan needing to be computerised.
