Check Application Status

Hi, I’d like to check my application status as my solicitor told me that my title registration application is expected to be completed by 26-May-2026 ( reference number HH93D9B).  I am wondering why the process taking so long as my new built property was completed by 28-Mar-2024. Are there any outstanding issues or actions required from my solicitor? If yes, please let me know. Thank you! 

 

Hi Mei Put - the estimated date is a completion date and the time from now until then is simply wait time. We have a backlog of this type of work and the wait time from submission to processing is a very long one at present. 
If there are any issues when processing actually starts then your conveyancer will be contacted at that time. So nothing to worry about at present and your purchase/ownership is protected
