Karen - submitted 3rd Oct and waiting to be processed. That's unlikely to be for several months based on current wait times<br> DN685145

Rajesh - submitted in August and waiting to be processed. That probably won't be until later this year based on current average timescales. WSX454900

I have three Land Registry applications for leasehold flats with application references MA596CE, MA596D0 and MA596CD. The applications were expedited due to pending remortgages. Land Registry reviewed the applications and raised a requisition requesting a developer's consent document. The requisition was raised on 5 May. My solicitors have been chasing the developer's solicitors for over a month. On 8 June they finally confirmed they had received the consent documents and indicated that this was the only outstanding item. One of the solicitors previously told me that once the consent was received, they expected registration to take around 2–3 days because the applications had already been expedited and were already with a caseworker. Is there any update please?

Jignesh - the conveyancer responded yesterday to the requests for more information. The applications are back with the casework team to review their responses to see if all now in order. As Expedites they will be considered asap. Please note the second reference you have quoted was the original one for the same application as is now under MA596CE. So two applications involved and not three.

Hi Adam, Thank you very much for your swift response, it is greatly appreciated. That is reassuring to hear that the conveyancer has now responded and that the applications are back with the casework team for review. Just for my understanding, do the two live applications cover all three flats? I appreciate timescales can never be guaranteed, but given the applications remain expedited and the requisition response has now been submitted, is there any indication of the likely timeframe for review and completion? Many thanks again for your help. Kind regards, Jignesh

Jignesh - two applications re 605 and 301. I can't be definitive re timescales hence as soon as possible. If there's a third flat it might be worth asking the conveyancer to confirm the specific details

Thank you Adam. One of the flats is Apartment 604. Should there also be a live application relating to 604, or is it possible that 604 is included within one of the applications for 605 or 301? Many thanks again for your help. Jignesh
