We have a conveyencer that iis not giving us enough information and our buyer is going to drop out if we don't complete in the next few days. 

Can someone check this application for me and let me know all is well? 
Our conveyencer is based in Sri Lanka and the case handler doesn't seem to be able to give me any info.

Good morning.

The application you refer to was received on 3 June 2025 and has been granted expedite status. We aim to process an expedited application in 10 working days. Please note however that completion can be delayed if any requests for information (requisitions) need to be raised with the lodging conveyancer once the application has been considered.

We understand that some quieries have been sent on our application. Our solicitor is not able to tell us what these are, could you please let me know what these comments are and how quickly they are able to be resolved as we're in a chain that is very close to collapse. Thank you very much

Hi Vics - the application was partially processed on the 6th June and a request for more issued to the conveyancer. 
We can't share the specific details with you but it is an administrative request so hopefully they can respond quickly to enable us to complete the registration

HI there 
We still haven't heard from our conveyencer despite multiple attempts since Friday. Are we able to request logins from them so we can ask you directly how to resolve our case? THey are claiming their system isn't allowing us to pay the fee as it's broken is there any other way?

Hi Vics - I'd be surprised if they will share logins. The request does relate to a payment of a fee so that's something the conveyancers should be able to resolve between themselves 
Seems odd that the payment channels that conveyancers use are 'broken' as that would trigger chaos. However if they can't pay through the usual channel then they can always send a cheque instead

Hi Adam, 
Thank you - We are really struggling to get any info. Our buyer has informed us today that his solicitor did something wrong and had to re submit yesterday on this file? I was under the understanding it was only us (the current owners) who have submitted this request ? Could you check this file for me and also let me know why our application is still outstanding?

HI Adam, 
Our solicitors have told us the application is still not back. I'm wondering if this application number is relating to the freehold part , and the leasehold part is still outstanding here is the application number: TT45497 for the second part. 
This is so critical - can you elighten me as to why the leasehold part is still outstanding. Our buyer will have to drop out after 7 months this monday

Hi Vics - freehold title done as posted. Application against the leasehold title was only submitted on the 11th June and has been expedited. That will be processed asap and I would hope that the processing should start over the weekend but everything needs to again be in order

Vics - initially there was a fee deficit but appears they have since submitted a fresh form and authorised the fee to be taken on account
