Expedited title register application

Hi,

I am at the end of a pharmacy purchase but the old lease needs to be closed and new one registered it has been nearly a week since it has been expedited but no news yet. I am due to takeover on Monday but this can’t happen until we have land reg confirmation of the registration.
are you able to get this done by tomorrow please? 
The title number is AA70517

Thanks Adam, please let me know as soon as possible. The pharmacy is being affected as current owners have scaled back operations ready for the sale so there is an element of patient care affected. 

Shil - it looks like we are going to need more from the conveyancer before we can complete the application. The casework team will hopefully issue that request today but I will let you know when that has happened.

is there any chance of it being completed before tomorrow if the conveyancer acts on it quick?

Shil - whilst possible it depends on everything aligning as you suggest. There's a few stages to get through before we can talk finish line I suspect but we will do our best

Hi Adam I believe they have replied to a requisition that was on the application enquiry online. Is this all that was waiting? Nothing was sent directly? 
Please keep me posted on the status and help us to try push the application through tomorrow.

Hi Adam, thanks for the update.

I there anything further? We need the registration completed by this afternoon otherwise the completion date will have to be postponed!

sorry just been made aware there’s another application to close the old title has that been dealt with it’s the same property? Need the old to be closed and new to be registered to be able to go ahead today.

Shil - the application you queried in your first post was the one for a new lease under new title AA70517
I assume the other application you are referring to is against EX592505 and that is also expedited and being processed alongside the new one. They are mutually dependent on one another so can't be completed separately
