I'm in the process of buying a property and the company we're buying from have decided to purchase the freehold title, the application reference is KAB4553 and title CH738643.

Has this application been expedited or is there anything outstanding as we need to complete on this property as soon as possible?

Good Afternoon Chris - the application has been expedited and partially processed. We needed more from the conveyancer and contacted them on the 3rd March and they responded. However their response was insufficient and we have contacted them again today to explain.
You'll need to contact the conveyancer to confirm and to clarify what's still required. It looks like something straightforward but they may be reliant on the developer to assist

Good morning, in relation to the above, i'm advised that they are now awaiting the updated title and theres nothing outstanding, would it be possible to confirm this? Thank you!

Good Morning Chris - no reply from the conveyancer as yet so no change at our end since 10th March contact with them.

I've chased it up again and I've been told they've responded with all necessary replies today. 

Fingers crossed that's all that was required.
