First Registration

Hello, My parents FR1 was submitted by a professional for 6 Hillview Avenue GL3 4AZ in April 2022 and it showed as pending for a while (on map search) and even had a title number assigned, then a mistake was made and it isn't pending anymore and the title number has disappeared. The professional says they can't chase it as everything has been submitted. My elderly parents are very stressed. Is there any way of checking what the hold up is?

Hello Adam, the last time a title number showed it was GR463689 

Emma - many thanks. That application/title number was cancelled in October 2023 as the conveyancer did not supply all the required information. No application has as yet been resubmitted
I would suggest speaking to the conveyancer to advise and explain as such and ask them to review their file and/or contact us as appropriate
Their reference was HLA/Cav/Wakefield and email contact a 'theresa'

Emma - if they have resubmitted it then ask them to confirm the provisional title number and our case (ABR) reference.

Hi Adam. thank you for all your help, it is much appreciated. They said have they resubmitted it now, so they obviously hadn't.  Can you check this for me and is there any way of speeding things up as it has taken since 2022 and much stress with all the mistakes.&#160;<br> &#160;

Hi Emma - received on 13th March. I'll flag it with the casework team. Please reassure your parents that the application has been received so there is no need to stress still. Easy for me to type I know but please do reassure them
