Mr Laity - received Oct 2023 and waiting to be processed. Current average wait times suggest it's unlikely to be processed until Feb/March 2025. The application and transfer of ownership are protected.
If there's an urgency now then the conveyancer can request expedition as appropriate

Please can you confirm my application is going to be completed Feb 2025 we still have not been officially upated on the progress.

Mr Laity - the Feb 2025 date is simply an estimate based on average processing times. It maybe processed sooner or indeed later. The key is that the application/ownership are protected and very often just a case of waiting for it to be processed

Mr Laity - processing started in November but we needed more information from the conveyancer. They were contacted on the 27th November
They replied but the reply was insufficient and we contacted them again on the 16th December. We await their reply
Please contact the conveyancer to confirm and if you require specific details as to what has been requested and remains outstanding

Please can I have an update on my application I have been informed all relevant information has now been sent over to you.

Mr Laity - whilst we have received some information from the conveyancer the application includes a request to register easements over a second title. That normally requires that title's lender consent but that's not been provided.
As such a senior officer needs to consider the application as submitted to decide whether we need to insist on that or we can update the registers without more from the conveyancer.
Once that consideration has taken place we will have a better idea re timescales
