Expediated Application

Hi Nicola - they submitted a new application yesterday and included a request to expedite. That wouldn't be seen until processing starts so have flagged with colleagues to ask them to make it an EXP today

Hi Adam, Thank you for your assistance, it is much appreciated. Are you able to confirm that the application is to merge the leasehold and freehold title and to extinguish the leasehold title? 
Apologies for all the questions but the conveyancer advised last time that the application was to merge the titles and apparently it wasn't so I just want to ensure the application has been submitted correctly this time.

Hi Adam, Apologies to be chasing again but I think we are about to lose this chain. Are you able to check if there has been any progress with merging the leasehold (SX74059) and freehold (WSX46880) titles on this one?
 

Hi Nicola - no update as yet but I would expect to see progress between now and Tuesday. 
Casework continues over the weekend and I'll make a note to check for an update during that time but I can't promise a definite outcome as yet. Appreciate that's going to be frustrating but hopefully there are no issues and it can be processed and completed all on the same day

Hi Nicola - it's been partially processed but we need more from the conveyancer. Hopefully they will respond quickly (nothing too taxing to cover off) after the long weekend. If they do then matters can be completed hopefully
