Confirmation of application reciept

Good Afternoon,

We sent in an application via post for adverse position of Title Number EX635715.

Is it possible to get confirmation that this has been recieved please?  We haven't had confirmation by any of the usual methods.

I do believe the cheque had been cashed 13th August 2024.

Nothing has been recieved.  How can I get a copy of the document please?

Rebecca - there is no copy of the acknowledgement kept on file. I assume it will have been lost in the post.

That will be sufficient, thank you.  Are you able to advise on next steps?  I am new to the process so not sure what I should expect.
