Update the charges register

Hi my solicitors have asked for something to be removed from the charges register. It has been referred to your legal team. Can you give me an idea of timescales please as we are waiting to purchase the Freehold to our property so we can sell and move on. Title number CYM868937 and CYM916241. We have been fighting a problem with this property titles for 6 years and we are now at the very final stages so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
