Debs - what's your Plot number please? The title n umber quoted is for the developer/seller's title

Debs - actually I've managed to identify it as Plot 16. Submitted in January 2025. Processing started in July but we needed more from the conveyancer. As of yet they have not responded to supply the requested information.
Please contact your conveyancer to confirm and to clarify what is still required and when they hope to respond

Debs - what's happened re the neighbours plots/houses is largely irrelevant although they would all have the same/very similar registration requirements.
I'm sure the conveyancer can advise/resolve things and it may simply be down to a missed communication although that's some months ago now. They responded to the original request at the end of September but it was insufficient. The casework team went back to them on 4th Oct and despite reminders we've not heard since.
Your purchase/ownership remains protected so nothing to be overly concerned about and trust your conveyancer can resolve it for you ND220493
