Application for NT491407 and NT491817

My son purchased 313 Pictureworks, 42 Queens Road Nottingham in November 2018. Please can you tell me why the land registry has not been updated , I believe it’s a problem with Bobby Dhanjal legal services, and how we can proceed. Thank you

Christine - there was only one application submitted against NT491407 but that was rejected as it was incomplete. That was on 26th June 2019. I would suggest you contact the conveyancer firm to escalate the matter with them as no new application has bene submitted against either title in the interim period.

Ok - if they were a firm of solicitors I would recommend looking at what you were told at the time of their closure and/or contact the SRA https://www.sra.org.uk/consumers/problems/solicitor-closed-down/

When a firm of solicitors is closed down their records etc are usually passed to another regulated firm to hold. Correspondence then follows advising clients to appoint a new firm for example
