My application being held up by prior applications

Z441BDV Hi, there is an old buy to let charge that we are attempting to get removed as it is holding up the onward sale. We have expedited it but it's saying that it is delayed by a prior application. No one can give me any idea what this application relates to so i don't know who i need to chase up to get this sorted and our onward sale is at risk.

Hi John - the prior application is one to register Vestry as the owner and we are waiting on their conveyancer to provide a certificate of compliance re the restriction registered on the title Z441BDV
