Remove a pending application

I am due to complete on Friday 18/07/2025 and my conveyencing solicitors have said there is a pending application on the property which needs removing today.&#160; The charge is in my exs name.&#160; He has called the company Mortimer Clarke and they have said they cannot remove it in one day.&#160;<br> &#160;

Rai - if the application is to be withdrawn by the lodging firm then they will need to do that to enable us to cancel it<br> We can't cancel it on your request as it is their application. I'd suggest speaking to your own conveyancer to consider what options may exist<br> K257673
