ID1 and ID5 with multiple transfers

I am applying for 5 transfers, all to be posted together.. Can one ID1 and ID5 form cover all of them as far as I am concerned?

Howard - yes, just ensure that the 5 AP1 forms all cross refer to the identity forms etc

Howard - just write across the top of the forms for example
