We are in desperate need of help ref. this freehold purchase that was expidited but appears frozen.&#160;<br> My 92 year old mother is in the process of selling her house and purchasing a bungalow but is about to loose her sale due to the delay in the freehold application she made in July 2024 not being processed. An application to expidite was made in April and was agreed to but it still has not been processed. A requistion was raised by the Land Registry to Tapestart on the 16th June which the conveyers have confirmed has been replied to with a further request to expidite.&#160; The 10 day deadlines set by the conveyers have repeatedly come and gone and they have told us they have done all they can and suggested we make direct contact to see if we can get assistance on the matter. Can you please please please help as my mothers health is suffering very badly from all the stress and worry of loosing the sale and purchase which isn't good at 92 years old?<br> <br> Kind regards<br> In anticipation

Morning Kevan - we need more from the conveyancer as their reply to a previous request was insufficient and the casework team have contacted them on 25th. Hopefully they can confirm for you and respond quickly&#160;<br> MAN442167

Morning Adam we have just recieved confirmation from them that they have replied to the request sent on the 25th, would you please be able to chase thism up again with your team as we are rapidly running out of time? (we have until close of play Thursday to get it sorted)
