Good Morning Adam. Just wondering if you can help me please? 
We are waiting to complete on a property we are buying that the seller had some issues with around trustees names on the deeds. They applied to expedite a name change 3 weeks ago and I’m just wanting to see if there’s any update as my solicitor is on holiday, so can’t help.
im panicking as our mortgage offer will run out soon and this is the only thing stopping completion. Please can you help?

Laura - many thanks. And yes, that's one of the titles/tenures involved. There are two titles owned by the sellers, one freehold and one leasehold - nothing to be concerned by
Lodged 24th April and expedited. Processed on 26th but we need extra info from conveyancer. They replied on 2nd May but insufficiently and we responded on 3rd May to explain what was still needed.
We are awaiting their response so I imagine they are working with their client to achieve that before responding.

Morning Laura - no reply as yet still. These things can be very frustrating but the only way it's going to progress from here is if they respond and in full. I'm assuming you/your own conveyancer have been pressing them for action already.

Good morning Adam. Thanks for all your help this far, I really appreciate it. 
We had word last week that paperwork had now been completed by the sellers, so I just wanted to ask if you could please check for me as to whether they have submitted this to yourselves.

I'm hoping we are on the home stretch now!

G A Laura - looks like they provided additional information on the 30th and that is now with one of our Lawyers to review
Let's hope you are right - please feel free to post again later in the week as hopefully the expedite flag will ensure relative swiftness at our end re next steps

Morning Adam. Would it be possible to check that it’s just the outstanding fee that is the hold up now please?

Morning Laura - the applicant replied an hour ago and part of their reply confirmed the fee could be taken. Their response will be reviewed by the casework team asap and if all now in order hopefully it can be completed.
I'll post again once I have something concreate to share
