Expedited Application Query

Hi, We recently completed on purchasing our Freehold and Leasehold reversions for SYK285268 and SYK24505. We have accepted an offer on our property and have had an offer accepted on an onward sale. We are in the final stages of conveyancing for both so this matter is now becoming critical - please could you advise as to whether you have received an expedited request for this? Many Thanks, Keri

Hi Keri - we don't have any applications against either of those titles as yet

Hi Adam, Thanks so much for getting back to me so quickly. We were advised by our solicitor that they had been submitted, but they were awaiting an application number from LR? That was on Monday. Does that mean that you are yet to receive the initial application? Many Thanks, Keri

Hi Keri - nothing submitted as yet so no 'application number' exists as yet

Thanks so much Adam, just to check I've not advised any incorrect information with regard to the title numbers - the address is 255 Whitehouse Lane, S62WA.

Hi Adam, Sorry to message again but our solicitor has advised that both applications were lodged on 11/5 and they are awaiting the issuing of codes from HMLR for each application?

Hi Keri - no apology necessary. So they submitted an application against the second title and by post. That has now arrived and been captured in the system earlier this afternoon. Provisional new title SYK733819

Hi Adam, that's great news thank you. Would that application cover both the Leasehold and the Freehold, or would you expect a second application against SYK285268? As the application has been sent by post, would the codes be issued via post or email? Thanks so much

Hi Keri - a Q for the conveyancer really but as it is a transfer of part of the superior title into your ownership, and you are already the owner of SYK285268, there's no need for an application against that second title. But please do ask your conveyancer to confirm As they posted the paperwork the acknowledgement will have been issued by post. They will though have means of checking to confirm the details online

Ah sorry Adam, I've just realised that I sent the reference for the sub-leasehold element that we own, rather than the Freehold title which is: SYK354118. Have you received an application for this?

Keri - the application includes reference to that third title number, yes

Hi Keri - I have replied to your further post in the absence of my colleague. The application has been approved for expedite today. It has been passed on to the processing team and will be worked on as soon as possible.

Good Morning Keri - there are two separate applications in play SYK733819 and SYK733822. Both submitted by your conveyancer but each involves a separate Transfer of #255. Both have been expedited but as yet processing has not started. That should be soon
