Hello can you please tell me the application status of CYM289425, this is linked to a sale and limited time on mortgage offer remaining.

Thank you for this. The vendor’s solicitors have been saying they are waiting for Land Registry to update the names on this title for weeks. I have now requested our solicitors contact them again for clarity
on the situation.

Can I just check whether there are any applications pending for either 3 Nant Y Dwrgi CF72 9GR or Garage 3 for this address.

Hi C H - we had an application against Number 3 (CYM358035) but that was completed at end of January. Transfer into developer's name. 
Garage 3 is the title you quoted and nothing recent or pending
