Expedited Application

Hello,

I am in the process of purchasing a house, but the transaction is currently held up due to two parcels of land within the property not being registered.

I have been informed that the application was expedited. Could you please provide the date on which this happened? Additionally, I am unsure of the typical timeline for such applications and would appreciate any information on the current stage of the process.

Unfortunately, I do not have the reference number for the application. The title number for the property is WA82280, and the postcode is NP19 8AU.

Any information you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Charlie - whilst I can see that two parcels of adjoining land are unregistered I can find no record of an application to register same. Can you ask your conveyancer/the seller to confirm the provisional title number allocated to their application please and I can check using that detail
If they can't provide one then it would confirm that they have yet to submit an application

I had some information about it about the application, I believe it was submitted on the 12th of September with this application reference LSD/023964/8082

Would you be able to tell me if this is correct and if it is an expedited application? 

Do you know how long these types of applications take? Are there different stages that this will do through.

Hi Charlie - submitted 12th Sept, expedited and partially processed. However the casework team need to review our paper records and those have been requested yesterday.
Much will depend on those and next steps so I would suggest posting again after the weekend and we can check again for an update. Impossible to be definitive re timescales at this stage of the process other than it is moving forward

Hi Charlie - the paper records have been reviewed and it's now with a senior technician to consider the plans/request involved. So it's moving forward and hopefully we will know more in the next few days.
