Status of Unilateral Notice Removal, UN4 Application

I am posting this thread to enquire about the status of an application submitted to remove a unilateral notice  associated with my property title.

My solicitor submitted a UN4 form approximately three weeks ago, and upon checking recently, we found that the application is still marked as pending. I understand that processing times can vary, but I would be grateful if you could confirm whether the application has been received correctly and provide an estimated timeframe for when it might be processed.

Hi Ray - received, expedited and processed. Wider checks are now underway with the beneficiary and those checks may not expire until after 30th April. They will only complete sooner if the beneficiary responds positively before the checks expire

Hi Ray - the wider checks have now completed so the case needs to be reviewed and contact channels checked before being completed. That part of the process will happen asap as it is an expedited process. There's nothing more to do to speed that up
