Removal of UN’s impacting our sale

Hello Adam,

I wonder if you could help please.  

Our conveyancer advised over 2 weeks ago they have sent through 2 x UN4’s to remove old unilateral notices.  I have no idea whether they asked for ‘expedited’ or not but I really hope they did as the buyers are getting concerned to say the least along with my chain upwards.

My wife also sent a contact form yesterday but there was nowhere to ask the question using that.

Your own enquiry was a 'progress' one so you got the generic response to such enquiries - note that it explains how an application can be 'fast-tracked' if required.
Either you or the conveyancer can request expedition using that link/the dedicated channel but I'll flag with colleagues to do that based on your post here

Hello Rich - we are waiting for the wider checks to complete and that won;t happen until after tomorrow. The beneficiary had until then to respond to consent/object but as of today no replies received. If that's the same by Tuesday then it should be completed and the registers updated shortly afterwards

Hello Rich - I can't see any record of a response so yes, I would expect it to be resolved this week.
