Hi, we are purchasing a house with a very small area of unregistered land which the owner has been using for the last 13 or so years. It is “landlocked” by two titles being sold to us. The owner has expedited an application to register the land. It was submitted on paper two weeks ago (I understand it has to be made on paper). How long will it take for the status of the application to be available via the LR online portal? Will it be linked to the Title numbers in the sellers’ names? Thank you
