APPLICATION UPDATE FOR W636BBV

Receipt of my application was acknowledged on 24 September 2025 with an expected process date of 16 February 2026. Apart from the acknowledgement on 24 September 2025, I haven't received any further correspondence, whether my email or post from HMLR on whether the application has been processed or if further information is required. Please can you provide an update and an indication of when the title deeds will be updated. Thank you.

YB ST - the application is still with us and waiting to be processed. Once processing starts, which shouldn't be too much longer, the casework team will contact the applicant as appropriate LT60171

Hello Adam, Thank you for your reply. Although I appreciate and understand HMLR are inundated with applications and doing their utmost best to process them with the limited manpower and technology that HMLR has but are you able to provide some sort of indication to people as to how long this could possible take? Is it weeks, months or even years? I have heard horror stories that people are STILL waiting for their applications, sales etc to be processed since 2020! Is this true even for straight forward transfers?? I think it would alleviate some of the workload for you and your team in answering questions on this online forum, via emails, phone calls (when one can get through) and post, if HMLR were to direct the manpower to actually processing the applications.
