I’m travelling at the moment and times/accessibility are out of sync, but this is a message for Friday to check if things have gone well or whether there are any further issues.

Hi Adam,

The deadline for a response from the neighbour and their lender was the 11th December. I’m just wondering whether there is an update?

Hi Hannah - it's with a senior officer to review before any further steps are taken or it's completed. The casework team have escalated it so hopefully we will know more shortly

Quick question- should I just keep checking back every few days or is it likely to be in the new year now?

Hi Hannah - we don't close over the festive period other than the usual 3 days re Christmas and New Year. But whether I get an update during that time is impossible to tell - I have asked again to see if they can update me asap
