Kerry - no, expedition has already been approved. Expedition gets the case to the processing start line quicker so it's done it's job. It's not a magic wand for completing the process and that is now very much reliant on the conveyancer providing a full response to our request of 9th October

Ok thank you. I spoke to the conveyancer and they know there is a requisition on there as they informed me on Friday so hopefully they will reply to that asap.

I spoke to the conveyancer and they said they was sending the final parts to the enquiries to yourselves yesterday  and they have dealt with the rest of the requisition. Can you confirm this update please? And if this now allows the expediting?  Thank you. 

There will be no need to expedite this application as we will complete this application once we have received a response to all of the requistion points. We have written to the applicant to clarify what is still outstanding.

G M Kerry - looks like they have only sent a partial reply so far. Last reply was on 26th Nov when they confirmed one additional piece of required information. We are still awaiting additional information from them 
Hopefully they can confirm and clarify when they expect to provide the full response

We have written to your conveyancer earlier today to remind that some of our queries are still outstanding.

would it be possible for me to have the information on what is outstanding direct to me as the owner please? As I need to provide this to my buyers conveyancer and I am using a different conveyancer for my sale so they cannot check this. The firm I used last year for the application aren’t the same ones for my sale so it it proving a little difficult with communication etc and I need this information asap.

i have tried multiple times to contact them with no luck at the moment. 
My current conveyancer has filled in an OC2 form on the portal  to hopefully get the letter we need. Is this a request that you can see on your system to see if it has been added to the account?
