I am wondering if I could possibly get an update on a pending application

title number: DY580102

Hi Andy - there are a number of pending applications against that title with the oldest being from March 2024 and the most recent submitted in December 2024.

I am purchasing a new build house on this development but my lender won’t release funds till the full title has been transferred to the housing association.

would the pending applications be processed in date order?

Andy - I assume your purchase is of a property within Phase 2 of the Development and from EMH Housing and Regeneration Limited
If so then that application has been partially processed but we needed more from the conveyancer. They have very recently responded to our request so hopefully the application can now be completed
The provisional title is DY580102 although DY580382 is also linked to it

I know this might be a long shot but is there any sort of timeframe as to how long this could take to be completed?

Morning Andy - the conveyancer's response was insufficient so the casework team have gone back to them to explain why. It should be a fairly simply request to complete and if they do respond in full we can hopefully move matters forward from there

Hi Andy - I did and they have contacted the conveyancer again to reiterate what the issue is and how to remedy matters to enable us to complete the application
