I'm assuming it's Direction Home law from previous communications and that's reference?

Reece - No, the correspondence that we have issued is not a query relating to the application. It is a Notice that we would serve to someone who may be affected by the application.
We serve notice of applications on interested parties in a variety of situations. Some are set out in legislation, whilst others are discretionary and may be considered to be part and parcel of delivering correct registration. Essentially it is about letting people know about potential changes to titles that may affect them or in which they may have a particular interest.

That makes things complicated then. Are you able to disclose who it is?

Reece - It would not be appropriate for me to reveal details of third party here.
The only suggestion I can make is to look at entry 3 in B: Proprietorship Register of the title ON341388.

G M Reece - the notice period expires after today so the application re Number 11 will be reconsidered again by the casework team as soon as possible after today

And am I right in thinking once that's done our title will be updated straight after that?

Reece - once the application re number 11 is completed then the next, the Transfer of ON341388 should follow like dominoes IF they are all in order of course. There's no instant completion as manual processing/reconsideration is required but as they are both expedite then that should happen asap but I can't be definitive re dates/timescales I'm afraid

G M Reece - it's been processed but we need more from your conveyancer. They were contacted on the 29th Jan and we await their reply. You'll need to contact them to confirm what's needed still and whether they have it and can respond quickly or if they need the seller/landlord to provide it
