Expidited application still not completed after a month

Hello,

My solicitor submitted an expidited application for the removal of a charge on my property (Title number EX213704). I can see that the expidition has been approved. Why is this still pending, and is this something that my solicitor needs to action? They have said that the issue is with Land Registry. After reviewing online it says expidited cases are usually completed within 10 working days, and we are way past this. The solicitor confirmed that they provided the relevant documents on the 11th January in response to the requisition issued on the 28th of December.

Hello - we've partially processed the application but still need more from the conveyancer. We have contacted them again today to explain and hopefully they can respond quickly.
Expedition hastens the case by reducing the wait time to generally under 10 days. It doesn't mean it will be completed so if things are missing those have to be resolved.
