Urgent Application Help

Title number CH188709. LR ref S417QFV. Can someone please advise when this is going to be completed? Our house move is potentially on the verge of collapse. When we paid our reservation fee on our new house we agreed to move within 12 weeks. It will be 17 weeks on Sunday 12th. More importantly, the person buying our house will be homeless as of the 16th April as her rental deal ends and cannot be extended. That is 7 days away. I really cannot stress how important this is. This application is the only thing we are waiting on. If this falls through the financial loss we will incur will be disastrous. Please help! Thanks.

Mark - I'll check with the casework team for an update. I can see it has had a survey done and that report referred to one of our lawyers. They should be about to provide next steps for the caseworker team to follow. I should stress that as the application is to amend the registered extent and to include land already registered to a neighbouring title that it is very likely that we will need to serve notice on the neighbours and to ask them to consent to the amendment.
