I am enquiring about the progress on title DT90983 (from 18/12/23) please, is anybody able to provide an update on its progress or an estimated completion date ?

Hello Mark - partially processed on 8th Sept but we needed more from the conveyancer. Correspondence has been ongoing since and our last contact with them was dated 26th November when we reminded them that we were awaiting their full reply to our request
You'll ned to contact the conveyancer to confirm and to clarify what remians outstanding and when they hpope to respond.

Just to clarify please before i contact them, are you saying they havent supplied all the information from 08/09, or nothing at all ?

Mark - they responded to our request dated 8th Sept but that was insufficient.

Okay thank you, I'm happy to know its progressing at the moment, hopefully they will get back to you soon before i need pester them, would it be okay to ask again here first in a couple of weeks if it has successfully progressed further
