Hello Adam
We are selling part of a registered plot adjacent to our house to some neighbours.
We have completed TP1 and ID3 but I have some questions on the AP1 (i have watched the you tube guidance but still not sure):-
Section
4 - should we include change of name and transfer or just transfer ?
6 - is the applicant the transferor or transferee?
7 - is the applicant the transferor or transferee?
9 - is this box 3 (for existing proprietors who are remaining on the register) as we will still own part of the land. OR box 4 if box 4 should we include addresses for the (part) transferor and transferee?
14 - on the AP1 guidance on you tube it indicated this should be people listed as transferee on the TR1, but I’m unclear as we’ve done a TP1 if this section should include details of both (part) transferors and transferees?
15 - signature of applicant not sure if it’s the transferor or transferor who is applying but you will have answered this above.

thanks for your help

Hello Beverley - I'll do my best to explain what's needed
Section
4 - should we include change of name and transfer or just transfer ? - just Transfer of Part
6 - is the applicant the transferor or transferee? Transferee
7 - is the applicant the transferor or transferee? - whoever is actually lodging/submitting the application
9 - is this box 3 (for existing proprietors who are remaining on the register) as we will still own part of the land. OR box 4 if box 4 should we include addresses for the (part) transferor and transferee? It's for the new owners, so the transferee
14 - on the AP1 guidance on you tube it indicated this should be people listed as transferee on the TR1, but I’m unclear as we’ve done a TP1 if this section should include details of both (part) transferors and transferees? IF the purchase price is over £6K then you need to list all the parties, so transferors and transferees. If it's for less than £6K you don't need identity verification when submitting the application
15 - signature of applicant not sure if it’s the transferor or transferor who is applying but you will have answered this above. Whoever is submitting the application so the person whose details are in panel 7
