Good afternoon,
My solicitor, Pigotts Solicitors, submitted an expedited application in form UN2 to remove the Unilateral Notice on the above title. The application was submitted on 30 January 2024.
Can you let me have an update on progress and the date by which the Unilateral Notice will be removed.

G A - the application was completed and the register updated on the same day, 30th January.
