Hi

Ref AGL624850. I own the property and my solicitor had lodged for a Deed of Variation to the lease a few weeks back. Expedite was approved a couple of weeks ago, but you requested one additional document. The lender then lost a whole bunch of correspondence and took 10 days to reply which has put us in a very difficult situation.

We were told this morning that it was being worked on by someone (after sending in the doc) but still nothing. It is very urgent and if we do not exchange tomorrow (Friday 12th) then there will be a financial loss for us.

Please could you help? I am really desperate at this point (not the LR fault but you can be of immense help as this whole process has been horrible).

Thank you so much in advance!

Hi Alex - AGL624850
Looking at the case record it matches your understanding and looks like the conveyancer may have provided the remaining paperwork today
I'll flag with casework colleagues and see if they can help with such a tight deadline

Hi @Adam - thank you for coming back to me so quickly.

Anything you can do to help on this would be much appreciated and save a big headache and £ knock-on effect for us. I appreciate that the LR have not been slow but we have been let down by just about every other party in getting the DoV completed.

If the casework team could take a look first thing tomorrow (Friday) that would be incredibly helpful. The additional document requested was a one page doc, so I am hoping nothing too complex.

Thank you in advance.

Alex - unfortunately the conveyancer's reply was insufficient as the paperwork submitted was again incomplete. The casework team have already gone back to the to advise so the ball is in the conveyancer's court still to resolve I'm afraid
Hopefully they can resolve matters for you quickly

Hi @Adam - conveyancer has resubmitted the doc with the date added. Please could you follow up with your casework team? I am really, really hoping this can be looked at quickly, as we need this completed asap to then be able to exchange today. Thank you so much for following up on this

Hi Alex - it has literally just been completed and the conveyancer informed. Hopefully you can still get over the line today
