Purchased a property in July 2024 title deeds still not received or updated

We purchased a property in July 2024 and have still not had land registry documents. I looked online at the title deeds yesterday and was concerned to see property still in previous owners name..it was a straight forward purchase and seems well outside the process times given on the land registry website. Is this normal?

Charlotte - processing started in November but we needed more from the conveyancer. They've asked for more time to respond a few times now and the last extension was granted on 20th March
You'll need to check with your conveyancer to confirm and to clarify what's outstanding and when they hope to respond. I suspect they are reliant on the seller's conveyancer and that could be the reason for the delay
