Help with filing HR1 and where to send it to?

Hi, I am trying to fill in this form for home right, but unsure of a few things:
- where to send it to (in Reading, Berkshire)
- what to put in section : 
4 - what to put here, is there any fee associated (if so, who to pay to?)
- do i pay for notice? 
6- how do i get reference?
10- what is meant by “order under section 33(5) of the Family Law Act”? 

 

Hi Tamara - you post it to HM Land Registry Citizen Centre, PO Box 74, Gloucester GL14 9BB
Panel 4 - nothing as there is no fee currently. 
Panel 6  allows you to add a reference so you can cross refer any replies/correspondence with your own file reference. If you are submitting just the one HR1 then you probably don;t need a reference for your own filing
Panel 10 refers to the specific legislation under which an order might be given by a court. So if you haven't been to court to get such an order tick the NO option

Tamara - correct. The form only refers to the fee element in case we charge a fee in the future
