Hi we are are in the process of buying a property pending an updated title register please can I check if the application has been expodited? Ref : N097BJV

Hi Sabrina - it was expedited and then completed on the 10th N097BJV

Does this mean the title register is updated and ready for to sale to proceed?

Sabrina - it does mean that the register has been updated. The 'readiness' answer is one for your conveyancer/you and the seller to agree
