Hi Feroz - an acknowledgement is usually issued by post using the details provided on the form itself
Once processed confirmation will also be issued by post
It is a postal only application so no digital or electronic option
And there is no 'tracking' service. The application will wait to be processed and when that starts it is generally completed same day - nothing therefore to track

Hi Adam,
thank you for your reply.
1) Would acknowledgement be sent to the address in section 3 of the form (clients address) or section 6 (which is the advisor address)?
2) Appx how long does it take for us to receive acknowledgement confirmation, once the application has been received by HM Land Registry.
3) My concern is not the processing time but how to make sure that the application has been received by your office and how do I check that the application has been received.
Kind Regards

Hi Feroz - the details provided in panel 6, namely the person who submitted it and provided those details
How long the post takes would be a Q for Royal Mail but generally speaking I would suggest between 7-10 days
If you give me the title number I can check. If you don't want to share that then please use our contact form
Public guidance: dealing with land and property - GOV.UK
