Expedited Application Update

Good Evening, 

My partner and I are currently in the process of purchasing a shared ownership resale property. The property had not been lived in long by the current sellers. We have not had much movement with the sale since about mid May. After a lot of emails the housing association was able to let us know that the delay is within Land Registry. They recommended we ask our solicitors to request that the application is expedited on the seller’s end, which our solicitor states has happened. However, we just have no further information around its current status, progress or expected timescales. It is causing us quite a lot of anxiety. 

Is there anywhere that we can get some further information and advice on how long this is likely to take? Or what the current status of the application is?

G M Jess - the conveyancers should be able to track progress and confirm if expedited as requested.
If you have the title number/postal address/plot number I can take a look to see what's happening at our end

Morning Jess - many thanks. So we have a new lease to register and it was only applied for at end of June. It's been expedited already so should be progressed shortly. Everything then hinges on it being in order 
Make a note to post again towards the end of the week and we can check again for an update

Morning Jess - the application has been processed but it needs more from the conveyancer. They have been contacted so let's hope they can provide the missing info quickly 
You'll need to contact them to confirm and to get any specific details re what's missing and when they expect to be able to reply
