Urgent application for restriction removal

Hi I was meant to exchange and complete on my house sale over 2 weeks ago now but 2 days before solicitors realises there was an issue with a restriction that should have been applied to be removed when we moved in 4 years ago however it never was. This has since been requested by our previous solicitors from 4 years ago and I am just wondering if there is any chance it could be rectified asap as it is the only outstanding enquirer we have stopping our sale/purchase going through. Hi Abby - that application was submitted 9th June and expedited. Processing should start in the next few days. Everything then hinges on whether it's in order and if more is required before it can be removed. Suggest you post again after the weekend and we can check for an update
