Could you please let me know what is happening with the above adverse possession application. I replied to your letter on 10th December 2025 and was expecting to be notified that the application had been rejected but have not had any correspondence since despite chasing up twice since the initial response.

Ken - the application has been rejected and confirmation issued to the applicant. An email (and postal letter) have been issued to yourself TY610950
