Hello, I wonder if you could please check whether there has been any progress on the amendment relating to title DN352200. We understand the matter has now been referred to HM Land Registry's lawyers, is marked as urgent. We were also advised that there was an attempt to push it through as quickly as possible due to the circumstances. If you are able to see whether the lawyer has now considered the referral, or whether it is still awaiting review, we would be extremely grateful for any update. Many thanks, Jon

Hello Nimesh, Thank you for the reply. Has it actively been picked up and is there a timeframe for this to be looked at? As our chain is very much hanging on this amendment being done. We were told last Thursday by the solictors that land registry had relayed to them they would try to push it through within 2-3 days. Any indication of when this will be completed will decide our next steps. Many thanks, Jon

Jonathan - It's not possible to give an indication on how long it may take the lawyer to consider, but I have flagged the urgency in your case and asked for it to be prioritised.
