Expedited and urgent

My solicitor has expedited my case to change freehold title and we have limited time remaining as the buyers offer and searches run out soon and i’m stressed to bits as so much depends on all of this including change of job and moving away. Please can anyone advise if it will be completed soon.
 

Ian - what's the title number and/or case reference (our abr reference) please?

Ian - many thanks. So we received an application to transfer part of the freehold title on 31st May. It's not been expedited as yet so I will flag that with the casework team and ask them to do so.
Provisional title TY604611
I must stress that expedition is not a magic wand with regards processing an application to completion. It must be in order and prior pending applications against the seller's title must be considered and if they affect then that can mean delay.

Hi Adam, is there any chance you can give me an update on the Provisional title TY604611 as we are ready to complete and running out of time as mortgage offer for buyer expires next Wednesday. Any update is much appreciated.

Ian - The application is being passed to the processing team now.  It was held up due to some of the prior applications.

Hi Ian - The application was completed on the afternoon of 21 June.  Confirmation of the application being completed, together with evidence of registration, was issued electronically at the same time to the conveyancers who submitted it.
