Hi there, A couple of applications were submmitted with yourselves to remove charges from the property. D161WBV - Submitted in October with an estimated completion date of 12th March, this charge is still present. A CN1 was submitted by Drydens Solicitor in September 2025 for the same property, is there an indication of when that would be removed? A e-UN2 reference DB17293 was submitted in September 2025 fot the same property, is there an indication of when this will be removed? I'm in the process of trying to transfer the property but this is being stalled currently until the charges are removed. Any advicd would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Sao - All the applications against the title are awaiting to be looked. If the delay is holding up a follow-up transaction then I would suggest you or the solicitors involved request for the applications to be expedited - https://www.gov.uk/guidance/request-an-expedite

Is there an estimated time that these would be looked at? What is the usual lead time? One that LR already provided has already been surpassed. From my understanding about expediated service is that new applications would have to be made, so I would have to submit all the paperwork again along with obtaining new identity checks. However, if the current ones are close to being looked at, then I can hold. Am I correct in my understanding?

Sao - the oldest application, S447LZT, has an estimated date of the end of August. If there is an urgency please request expedition as explained by my colleague and do so using the application D161WBV
